Dear ECE Visitor:

Welcome to the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Inter American University. As you find your way through our website, I would like to call your attention to some important information:

1. ECE is the largest department within the Inter American's School of Engineering. In fact,  ECE has over 13 faculty members, including researchers, full-time, and part-time  faculty. The department serves around 600 undergraduate students.
2. The ECE department offers the following professional degrees: Bachellor in Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachellor in Science in Computer Engineering, Bachellor in Science in Electronic Technology and Associate in Science in Electronic Technology. 
3. The ECE department has cutting edge laboratories to support the academic and research activities of our students.
4. The majority of our students pass the Fundamental and Professional Engineering Exam of the National  Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
5. The ECE Department collaborates with partners from academia and industry to support professional development efforts of our students.
